The vision of the Carolina Beach Mural project is to unite residents, provide entertainment and boost the city’s economy through public works of art. Not only does each mural represent a talented artist, but each mural has a specific story that resonates with the city’s history.
In addition to the 16 murals already lining the city streets, two more are planned for 2024. The next mural will depict the mythical kraken in a woodcut block painting style on the exterior of Dry Dock Inn. Check out a virtual tour of the project and discover them for yourself.
